In order to qualify for the special low student registration rate, students must guarantee that they will be staying at one of the three official symposium hotels in Obernai for the entire duration of the meeting by sending pre-payment of the hotel at the same time as the registration fee.
The number of registered students being strictly limited, selection will be made on a first come-first served basis. In the interest of fairness and depending on the number of applications, multiple student registrations from the same laboratory will probably not be accepted.
Registration fee (regular participants) includes: bus shuttles, conference documentation and book of abstracts, as well as access to the lectures, the exhibits, the poster session, coffee breaks and the welcome cocktail reception, lunches, dinners, group activity (to be determined) and the Conference Banquet on Wednesday evening.
The accompanying persons registration includes all of the above, except conference documentation, book of abstracts and access to the lecture hall.
A group activity on Tuesday afternoon will be proposed depending on the level of interest. The activity details, such as location, will be made available later.
