We cordially invite your participation at the 13th French American Chemical Society congress to be held in Obernai from 6 to 10 June 2010.

The Obernai FACS XIII meeting follows that in Santa Barbara (2008), in Paris (2006) and Charleston (2004).

This conference will bring together industrial and academic chemists from the United States and France allowing them to present and discuss their most recent developments in organic and bioorganic chemistry, in the total synthesis of natural products, in the new metal-mediated and metal-catalysed reactions, mechanistic insights and new applications, novel preparations and reactions of organometallic reagents, improved methods for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and materials.

Young scientists –in particular, graduate students and post-doctoral fellows– are very much encouraged to attend FACS XIII. This symposium provides a unique opportunity to appreciate at first hand the most recent developments in these exciting fields.
